We collaborated with them to design their end to end customer web experience and entire digital presence. We started by identifying, prioritizing and mapping key user journeys to design around, based on the image that we’d created. With these user journeys in mind, we rapidly created a design, completely redefining the way that people research and we created a new look and feel for SASS web channels, paying particular attention to the web design patterns and principles. We engaged with SASS to completely redefine their end-to-end customer experience and web presence, in line with a new brand image.
